Our experts will work with you to find clarity over what you can borrow and what is important in your New Home - This is done all over WhatsApp/iMessage with no fuss.
Step 2
First Date
Now we know what you're after, our experts will help find 2 to 3 of our very best packages that suit your needs. This will be sent to you via WhatsApp/iMessage with the ability to get your feedback immediately so we can fine tune.
Step 3
Proposal
We can move as fast as you want - most often, clients find that we have nailed the brief and wish to proceed, at this point documentation is done electronically, however some clients wish to do this face-to-face - Either way is fine!
Step 4
Engagement
This is where the fun stuff begins! Our Interior Designer will help you select your colours & inclusions, our Finance Experts obtain formal approvals and our Builder obtains a Building Permit, ready to get your slab down, Pronto.
